Doug Keefe PRESIDENT
Mr. Keefe joined Summit in 2004 as SVP/Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to President in 2010. Prior to joining Summit, he served in senior management positions for Putnam Investments and Fidelity Investments in Boston. Mr. Keefe is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

Andy Osborn SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Mr. Osborn joined Summit in 1997. He has held senior sales management and business development positions with Stearns Financial Services, Altres Financial and FreeCom. He received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Utah State University.

Mark Picillo SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Picillo joined Summit in 2009. He has served in senior portfolio and credit positions with Siemens Financial Services, FINOVA Capital and Mellon Bank. Mr. Picillo is a CPA and CBA and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Scranton and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Marywood University.

Catherine Goodman NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER
Ms. Goodman joined Summit in 2005. She has held senior marketing, corporate communications and branding positions with Bankers Trust, the Zurich Group and the Carbone Smolan Agency in New York City. Ms. Goodman graduated with a Bachelors Degree in English cum laude from Utah State University.
