We finance companies that are not currently qualified for bank financing because they have a risk profile that does not meet the bank's standards. They are usually in transition and need an alternative source of working capital financing until they do qualify for bank financing.

Our typical clients have:

  • A short operating history below bank's minimum requirement
  • A weak balance sheet with minimal or negative equity
  • Growth at a rate that would cause concern for a bank
  • A customer base that is concentrated in a few accounts
  • Some problems with owner's personal credit record
  • Financial reporting that is weak and won't meet bank requirements
  • A need to refinance their current lending relationship
