Gordon
G. La Haye – President & CEO
Mr. La Haye has more
than 25 years of experience in the commercial finance industry serving in
senior management positions with Heller First Capital, Concord Growth
Corporation and the CIT Group. He joined the company in 1999 as its
President & CEO and has led the company to its present position as a
nationwide provider of working capital financing to small businesses.

Michael Gardner -
Senior Vice
President, Portfolio Manager
Mr.
Gardner has over 21 years of experience in the commercial finance
industry. He has held various lending and portfolio management positions
with GE Capital Commercial Services, Inc., CIT Business Credit, Inc., and
Heller Financial, Inc. A graduate of
Adrian
College
in
Michigan
, Mr. Gardner brings a proactive
approach to his Portfolio Management duties, insuring maximum value to
Summit
's clients.

Catherine Goodman – National
Marketing Manager
Ms.
Goodman has over 16 years of experience in financial marketing,
communications, and branding. This experience includes six years
as a Project Director for Carbone Smolan Agency in
New York City
, during which time she managed
multi-million dollar strategic marketing projects for clients such
as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber and Prudential.
Prior to this role she worked in
New York
as a VP of Marketing for
Bankers Trust and as AVP of Marketing for the Zurich Group. Ms.
Goodman graduated with a degree in English cum
laude from
Utah
State
University

Doug Keefe - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Keefe has
over 20 years of experience in finance. Prior to Summit, he served
as Managing Director and CFO of Global Distribution for Putnam
Investments in
Boston
. Mr. Keefe has also worked for
Boston-based Fidelity Investments, as SVP of Finance and Risk
Management for their e-Business Group, SVP of Finance for Fidelity
Capital & Ventures, and SVP/CFO of Fidelity Trust Company, the
company's retail banking unit. Mr. Keefe started his career with
Coopers and Lybrand, where he achieved the level of Senior Manager
and became a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of the
University
of
Vermont

Anne Kenney - Senior Underwriter, Vice President
Ms. Kenney has over 18 years of
experience in the commercial finance industry. Her experience
covers a broad range of lending, underwriting, credit, and
structuring functions. Her industry experience is equally broad,
as she has held positions as both a senior underwriter and lender
at AGRICAP, CIT Group, and Heller Financial. This wide range of
expertise allows her to bring a flexible, direct approach to the
underwriting group at
Summit
. Ms. Kenney attended

University

Michael J. Miller - Senior Vice President,
Construction Contractor Financing
Mr. Miller's 24 years in the business include positions with the Bank of New
York, Republic Business Credit and the Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Corp (HSBC).
He manages Summit's Contractor Finance Program, which provides innovative accounts receivable management and working capital lending facilities to the
construction industry. He has a degree in Economics from UCLA.
